As part of RA Elson Commercial’s in depth involvement in the commercial property market of Greater Bristol and Bath we provide estate management services of all levels to landlords and collectives of individual unit-owners and occupiers.

For landlords we can offer the complete service from the day-to-day management of their properties to rent invoicing and collection, advising on all manner of matters arising under the leases such as renewals, dilapidations etc. and can provide strategic advice on the structure of lettings and tenant mix to help achieve the owner’s investment objectives.

Alternatively we also act for a number of estates where each unit is individually owned and a focal point for the management of the common parts and shared areas / services is required, including the levying of service charges to enable the maintenance of the estate to take place.
